Fun game, Ending felt off.
Loved the game, finished it in about a week. Really hope there is a sequal or some DLC down the line. Didnt mind the ending, But it did seem very abrupt like we dont get to hear or interact with our friends before we make the choice. Really wanted some closure. How did MIA's date go? What was the DR gonna use Rose DNA for? I maybe missed helping the cop lady find out what happened to her sister. What did you guys think?

I think the devs wanted to really push that sense of dread. Where no matter what you choose, it's meaningless in the end. A bunch of those old sci-fi movies had a version of that theme.
I liked the subtlety of the 'good' ending. I just wish they would show a bit more. Just a tiny bit more. You can see in the 'good ending' one of the spaceships breaks in half and I liked it a lot. I just wish the scene lasted half of a second more and you could barely notice like a shadow of a planet or of an alien vessel. You got the idea. Or even without the extra detail I've mentioned, just make the scene last a bit longer.

But I'm kinda mixed on the post credit scene even tho I got the 'best' one. I was never a big fan of 'chaos' system in Dishonored games. Of course they can retcon it in the potential sequel, but still.
I enjoyed it. For me the game itself basically had it's ending before you made any decision on where to go. Everything wrapped up and for me the little cinematic at the end was just a nice "here's what you picked'. It's also a nice hook if they decide to do a sequel.
good ending: "no radio transmission detected"
bad ending: "no radio transmission detected"
they are the same picture dot jpeg
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
