whenever I'm in the KSC screen ( i don't know what you actually call it, but its where you can select all the buildings and upgrade them and all that) the game drops down to 15 fps, this happens on all saves (even fresh ones), on an unmodded game and even after I reinstall the game with no traces. weird thing is this issue only appeared a couple of days ago, and nothing seems to fix it. this lag doesn't occur when you're actually inside one of the buildings.
