For me Both Far Cry 3 and Far Cry 6 had a 175.9MB Update so it is likely related to the Ubisoft Connect Launcher and not the game themselves.

There should be one launcher for any Ubisux game in your library. Happens at least every month for every Ubisux game. Complete BS. AND does nothing besides. Set your games to update on launch so its's not a continuous annoyance.

No, not yet. Only the prince of persia was included in the test. Delete Ubisoft launcher if you had any other ubisoft game installed and it won't launch.
