Ace Combat Zero no Ace interview cutscenes?

I've noticed that ACZero doesn't have the Ace interview cutscenes nor after mission cutscenes. I get the intro cutscene when starting a new campaign and the one after mission 1 before mission 2, but then nothing later.

Anyone have solution or reason?

I got them in my playthrough so it's definitely not universal, sorry I can't offer more than that. Maybe try verifying the game files?

You might be missing the VP9 video codec.

I have installed, like I checked it in the MS store and it says installed. Don't know what the issues could be.

Same, I saw everyone saying to install VP9, turns out it already is, so idk.
