blackscreen upon starting up???? possible Fix???

when i downloaded AC8, the EAC came up as normal and next black screen and strangly my pc can run unreal games just fine, like fortnite, ac7 other just fine but when it comes to AC8, it wont start

is there anything within the game/pc that preventing it from booting up???

i re-downloaded,but nothing changed T_T
