Is Lossless Scaling bannable in competitive?

An internet says it functions like a capture card so no. Any opinions?

I use LSFG when I'm playing on my Legion Go. Haven't had any issues on multiplayer.

I would assume not as you don't get an advantage from it, on the contrary in fact. But who knows.
