Project Aces is real proud of their theme for the shadows judging by how much it plays throughout the game, and it just sounds like a Native American or sports chant they picked up from a couple of kids. It didn't have any personality, no creativity, no deep meaning, it doesn't even represent anything. it's not catchy in the least and that's okay, it really is, not everything has to be a banger, but it does if it's going to be EVERYWHERE and the game's flagship theme. But come on, at least add another verse to to it. By Mission 28 I wanted to rupture my eardrums so I didn't have to hear it for 40 minutes on repeat for the entire mission which is what I almost did.

It is only once in a blue moon that I can't stand a song in a game. It ruined an other amazing level and cinematic sequence with that migraine inducing chant on repeat. It never once made me feel intimidated which is what they were going for, just annoyed and it filled me with bloodlust for the Shadows and a desperate longing for the chant to stop repeating. Like hitting a car with a rock who's blaring their bass and the same song in front of my house for an hour. Am I the only one going crazy with this chant? What did everyone else think about that chant being so over-used and basic?
