Unable to acces multiplayer

My PC crashed during the unskipabke cutscene for the multiplayer, and when I tried to play it, it says that my account is restricted from accessing it, I have paid for the ace pass through my pre order and now I can’t even acces that

Did you give it some time before you tried to reconnect?
Because there is a possibility that the servers think you are still online.
Just give it some time and try again.
