sounds like motion sickness or something more than the game's difficulty. Have you played any other, more casual flight sims?

Hold target switch button to lock camera to automatically follow enemy with camera

slowdown, do high g turn, switch target

Are you playing on the cockpit/first person views?

Play on third person to ease your motion sickness cause that cockpit view is telling your brain you're inside an aircraft when you're not.

По чаще юзай ctrl и пробел вместе так ты будешь разворачиваться намного быстрее а также нажимай F это типо свободная камера что бы лучше осматриваться ВСЁ, ракеты пускай строго сзади врага тут почему то они плохо наводятся спереди и ГЛАВНОЕ используй пулемет ты же и так на низкой сложности, можешь тупо зажимать, пулемет это самое сильное оружие в игре ты буквально стираешь врага за секунду и вообще бери Миг-21 с ганподами

Don't rush yourself. change camera to third-person. You can rest and play it later. Don't push yourself.

The thing is the basic control scheme is basically going to force you to have a bad time, its much easier to evade on expert control

Yes, "expert" controls are like standard flight sim controls. Trying out the basic control scheme it was way harder to control the plane in a dogfight or avoid crashing near the ground.

For the camera, at least on certain misisons the head on camera with just the HUD makes it easier to keep track of enemies. The big plane rear can be distracting.
