🔴No update about AC0? Even after 9 days!
Don't you guys think it's a little fishy that there's been no update about ACO: BELKAN WAR? Doesn't it seem like they're going to post about it only after the refund period ends, saying they're sorry they couldn't find a solution with their partner? That way, you won't even be able to get a refund.

I think so...that said don't go to those threads...I tried logic with them and one of them threatened actual bodily harm
No one knows what is going to happen with it.

The problem is Steam and the way it does things, A separate entry on console is treated and viewed how they do artbooks and soundtracks and is still considered DLC despite being a game and downloadable separately. On Steam it would be seen as a separate release, despite being included with AC8 as a bonus, and considered as being sold even though it wasn't. The way they included it was literally the most feasible way to include it to avoid legal issues.

lol, no, that's nonsense. Tons of games have multiple listings for different executables, often added after the fact (like when an enhanced edition comes out). Bandai simply never bothered to figure out how to do that, and didn't expect anyone to notice and/or care.

Please don't take corporate PR statements at face value. They've very seldom accurate.
I don't think they care, and honestly, I don't care much anymore either. It was a terrible port, made even worse by the decision to release it as DLC instead of being a standalone game. I've already finished the original back when it first came out, so I'll just uncheck this lazy port DLC, free up some space on my PC, and forget it even exists and learn to never take any bundled older game promo from this company as worth my time in the future.

Threatening bodily hard is extreme and most of us upset about this fiasco are not like that. That said, what logic? Bandai straight up lied and pulled a bait & switch. FOr months it said "standalone" then Sept 29 just days before launch they quietly changed it to "DLC". So the issue is that they flat out lied, it was false advertising. That is what most of us are upset over. If they said DLC from the start it would still be an annoyance but we would have known. Then add in the fact consoles got it standalone, so why did PC players get lied too with a quiet sneaky update changing only PC version to DLC?
