When doing my No Damage run, I found AC8 does things differently from how medals were unlocked in older games.

• Can I use "Retry Checkpoint"? (I imagine not since that No Damage also didn't allow this)
  
• Will using Wingmen commands and special weapons disqualify me from a guns only mission bonus?
  
• Does the gun deal different damage based on Attacker, Fighter, Multirole, etc? (I see alot of people mentioning doing attacker only + guns only)
  
• What's the recommendation for the last part of Mission 30? (assuming I have to restart the entire mission if I fail) That gave me so much trouble in my EW only + No Damage run.
  
• Are there any weird special weapons that also count? I remember in AC7 the PLS counted as a gun.
