1. Install on SSD
2. Have 16 gb ram MINIMUM on both your GPU and Regular
3. DONT EVEN THINK about having anything LOWER than that. Accept hte fact that gaming IS the most expensive hobby you can have and act acordingly. Upgrade your hardware or be left behind.

Got an GTX 4080 an I7, 32 GB RAM , and SSD and cant get it to run at all.

no you don't. I run the game fine on WIn10 (and even a hdd at launch with 14 min load...)
Nvme drops it to a few seconds

Works perfectly on 5070ti, 32gb ram, ryzen 7. Playing on a 21.9 screen.
Dont know about weaker configs.

Try to restart your computer. Then check Windows update. Restart Steam check updates. Then restart your computer just to make sure and start the game.

edit : dumb move to refund so quickly without any solid reason if you already purchased it.

i run below minimum specs with locked 60fps @ 1080p all low with DLSS on quality.. laptop 5600h, 16gb ram, 4gb 3050ti

just use a custom engine.ini file. works in multiplayer.

Ill be honest, it seems there have been issues today for online. I keep getting kicked and i see the same people after reqeue and i keep getting Error 01 where the game freezes and you gotta restart the game itself.
