Towerfall Playing slowmotion?

I played this game on different platforms. But after downloading on steam, Game plays pretty slow. Playing on Rog ally X. Any suggestions?

One issue that can cause slow down is if your display refresh rate is not set to 60 Hz. It seems the game engine expects 60 Hz and only 60 Hz.

I agree 100%. I have a portable HTPC that we take on trips where we gather with groups of friends. We recently plugged it into a 4k TV at an AirBnB that had a maximum refresh rate of 30Hz at that resolution. Nearly every game felt like it was in slow motion. Some were completely unplayable. Once we set the Windows resolution to 1080p @ 60Hz, our Steam games became playable again.
