Kill the rocketeer from a different angle, then return to your window and keep an eye out for the rocketeer doing the same back to you

get all wario on the rocketeer, the feds wont find enough evidence to make the charges stick and the case goes cold because if you go wario on somebody too hard, there wont be a body to report
