every source engine multiplayer game has me in "insecure mode"
please help me with this because idk how the ♥♥♥♥ i can get out of it.
here is ALL the info i can give:
-i am on a 2023 steamdeck with a computer and mouse
-i run on steamOS (linux)
-EVERYTHING has been working COMPLETELY FINE before
order of events:
-install INTERLOPER tuesday manifest demo files and demo maps into my game
-♥♥♥♥ around with demos
-try to actually play the game
-insecure mode
-i go in parameters
-type in "-insecure"
-open game
-close game and remove "-insecure"
-didnt work
-i validated the game files
-didnt work
-removed the demo files and maps
-didnt work
so now i dont know what the ♥♥♥♥ to do plz help
if this is some anti-pirating stuff then thats a bug because i didnt pirate ♥♥♥♥

Dude there is so much knowledge on the internet and this forum why would you have someone use something like claude when they would benifit from learning how to fix the situation themselves?
