Half-Life 2: Deathmatch

Half-Life 2: Deathmatch

To the FastPath 'supporters' that were harassing the HL2DM-University chat
You know who you are, and you are not welcome. You lost.

Just because the founder of HL2DM-University, Walking Target (along with Team Fusion and nearly all the STA/CAL league admins,) is not 'around' to change our group to invite-only does NOT mean you can keep joining and then leaving within minutes in order to prevent the currently active Mods/Admins from kicking/banning you. You know you're not welcome, which is why you kept doing this. Consider this topic your 'official' notice to stop doing so, and the Steam Support team should be well aware of this issue.

You don't see me 'invading' your FastPath chat, so you should respect this common-sense boundary. But I do thank all of you for adding to the evidence pile.

FastPath is antithetical to a genuine community ecosystem, like what HL2DM-University served as during the most popular years of Half-Life 2: Deathmatch, so you have no genuine reason to be there. And any 'moderator mafia' you think you might have on your 'side' cannot protect you from this.

So please leave the 'real' sectors of HL2DM alone, thank you.
~ Stephen "The New Guy" M.K

To all the HL2DM community leaders out there, please feel free to use this topic/thread to establish the same boundary to any other supporters of FastPath, but do NOT call them out by NAME; for such 'naming and shaming' would be a violation of the Steam Discussions Rules & Guidelines, so you should simply speak about FastPath as an organization.

Its not just that chat, Squid knows he is banned from the bouncyball group chat and joined that with an alt to.
I have no time for them, they are far too disruptive and are not welcome with me. They are banned from my server and will continue to be banned with every Alt account they join with.
Each and every friend request gets denied too as I have posted before.

You really do not know when to stop.
This is a thread about you and your friends constantly harassing other communities where you aren't welcome. Where we post openly that we want nothing to do with you, and you still post here. Very shameful and at this point straight up trolling / harassment.
Maybe reflect on the reason you are banned in many popular servers since you did that to yourself.

As I said in the DOD:S boards, this assesment is woefully incorrect, which you might've missed here:

Aren't you bored of spreading hatred by now. More to report. We now how jealous you are. The most jealous one. Stay frustrated. Stay jealous. BOT!
I don't spread hatred: I demand accountability. If FastPath was responsible, I would have no issue with them. Instead, they are constantly being pervasive with their demands for money, such as how people 'donating' would get them 'unbanned.' What kind of server* community does that? Players can be randomly banned by server operators or other players who, themselves, 'bought' the ability to ban others, but then any banned player can buy their way out of a ban? It's almost as if FastPath fancies itself some kind of entity that can arbitrarily 'fine' players for existing?

Some FastPath supporters, on these very Discussion boards, have said that people can show 'good faith' by donating in order to remove a ban. And all the players who fall for this scam think they are playing with 30-50 REAL people, when they are just bots. Half of these 'bots' are just Steam users who are 'afk' with their accounts being run on an instance of a Virtual Machine, so one 'PC' can have 8-24 VMs each running an instance of Steam and some (Source) game, which technically become 'ghost users' being 'afk' while ToS violating SourceMods make them run on 'autopilot.' And that's how 'bots' can be seen as 'legit' clients on the Steam master server. That's dishonest, disingenuous, and irresponsible. And this is the reason FastPath servers are banned from GameTracker.

Also, "jealously" implies I fear of losing something to FastPath, but if anything, the BS FastPath has thrown my way has given me so much attention and a great platform for speaking to both Valve and the larger Source Engine community. Even when 'corrupt' Steam moderators falsely claimed my account was 'hacked' right before I was due to stream and make content, I gained plenty of attention for such a blatant violation of Valve's protocols. Like, Valve is genuinely worried about a lawsuit from me, and they already face pressure from various Governments to 'moderate' content better. That's all I will say about that here.

So no, I can never be 'jealous' of FastPath. If anything, I am thankful the FastPath conspirators tried to pick a fight with me. Being underestimated is a wonderful gift, so why would I waste it?

I am enthused, not frustrated. I am not experiencing any fear of 'missing out,' so I am not jealous. And my writing and speaking style most CERTAINLY cannot be properly emulated by any "bot." Real source gamers reading this will feel a sense of satisfaction, not hatred.

In every objective sense, the post I quoted is 'wrong' about me, so what could anyone possibly try to report me for? Being too awesome?

Anywho, I hope everyone has a lovely time playing with real gamers.
