I have the same problem.

Edit: The third "launch" option* works for me (there are in-game issues too).
*Go to Library, right click over "Robotex" title.

Second option works for me, I get the settings screen, however when game window appears it just flashes and disappears. On console it says "Emergency stop" and no further data. Is there any logs or whatever to get deeper into the issue?

Try forcing the game to run in windowed mode at a lower resolution.

Tried that, same result. window just barely appears and disappears straight away. Do you run 64 bit? Cause I'm on 32...

I played it on (32/64 bit) Kubuntu/Xubuntu (AMD FX6300 CPU, 8GB RAM and NVIDIA GTX650Ti GPU).

Windows version is about 1.5Gb, linux offers me to download 400 Mb, but in fact downloads only 119.7Mb. Seems like some kind of bug with downloading linux version.

Windows version is different (it has more content). I downloaded 378 MB (Linux).

UM off topic but anyone know the game controls? i cant even move guy up or down using wsad keys and cant even determine where the settings-control options are, quit confusing?

I finally got the game to play, under 64 bit Linux Mint, second option in launcher, windowed mode. So, it does not have 32 bit version...

P.S. Controls are "X" to fly and "Z" to fire. You do not control anything more. Hold "X" to fly up, release to descent.
