Hey there. Feel free to post your suggestions here.

We'll share them directly with the team.
If the game doesn't start, try running it as an administrator. If the game runs, but it has a black screen, you can run something in the background that covers the skate window, and do so until the EA symbol at the bottom becomes a black skate logo.
Please credit me as well.
i cant get the game to compile shaders it starts then crashes
delete the game's local AppData folder, clear your GPU shader cache, and run the game as an administrator.
the trasition 101 doesnt want to work for me i letarally tried everything pls help
hi, i get this message when the game crashes. its completely unpredictable when it crashes. sometimes i can play 4 hours straight with no crash, other times it crashes within 30 mins to an hour. so far, other games do not crash with this error, most games i play do not crash at all. this is the error:

DirectX Error

DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG ("The GPU will not respond to more commands"). GPU: "Intel(R) Arc(TM) B580 Graphics", Driver: 32.0.101.9034 This error is usually caused by the graphics driver crashing; try installing the latest drivers.

when have you been having this issue? I've only just started playing yesterday and immediately encountered this problem. i'd like to know if youre an og player and only encountered this after their recent updates, that would be helpful information.
Hey! Sorry I haven't been fixing stuff for a while, I've been busy. Anyways, your specs are completely fine for running skate. so don't bother upgrading. This specific DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG error means your Intel Arc B580 graphics driver timed out and crashed under a heavy load spike, causing Windows to forcefully reset the card. If it only happens in skate. and your driver (v32.0.101.9034) is up to date, this is a classic optimization conflict with the game's DirectX 12 render engine.

Try to disable the Steam and Discord Overlays.

Overlays inject code directly into the DirectX 12 runtime to draw on your screen. Intel Arc drivers are notoriously sensitive to overlay hooks, which can trigger random DEVICE_HUNG timeouts:
Steam: Open Steam, go to Settings > In-Game, and uncheck Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game.
Discord: Go to Discord User Settings > Game Overlay, and toggle Enable in-game overlay to off.
If this doesn't work, tell me and I'll try my best to find more help for you.

Don't worry, you aren't doing anything wrong! the Transition 101 tutorial mission is notoriously buggy right now and randomly stops registering your inputs.
Try these three workarounds to force the game to pass you:
Switch your camera view: Press the camera change button (or pause and toggle between Low/High camera angles). For some reason, changing the perspective often forces the game engine to register that you actually landed the transition.
Use Fast Travel to reset: Open your map, fast travel away to a completely different sector, and then fast travel back to the tutorial area to completely reload the mission triggers.
Restart the game entirely: If the script is completely locked up, a quick restart fixes the broken tutorial logic.
Let me know if changing the camera angle forces it to work for you!

hi thank you so much for youre help! I lowered every in-game visual graphical setting yesterday and it ran fine for 4-5 hours and i didnt have a single crash. not sure if its just luck or lowering the graphic settings did it. im gonna play again for the next few days and if i no longer encounter that error then its save to assume i have to play on lowered graphics settings, if it still crashes again, i'll try your method and let u know with an update!
