This issue is a known issue that is currently being investigated at this time. However, we may have a possible workaround for this issue:

Press Windows + R on your keyboard > Type: %localappdata% > Press Enter > Find the skate folder %localappdata%\skate\ > Delete or rename the folder. Rename the folder if you have saved replays or screenshots.

same issue on my end. I was 10 / 10 / 10 but rn it's showing 0 on everything and boxes are locked. Deleting Skate folder on appdata local didn't work.

I don't know why but everything is back to normal. I didn't do anything for it tho

Right click skate in your library list > Installed files > click on "Verify integrity of game files" this works sometimes

same issue tried reinstalling, cache clearing, switching to copy on ea app nothing works

Yes several times, both renaming and fully deleting neither work. Sadly. Can't play till fixed.
