I have his coffee pour in the bottle but I cant hand that to him if he doesn’t wake up

TLDW :D. I am confused about the OP talking about a 'bottle' and a 'cup'.
He mentioned that he got to the 'eye drop', which means (I think) that he tickled the feet, got the key, and opened the box with the drops.

Just to be clear, OP, here are the steps for day 2, chapter 2 "Waking up William"
a) complete chapter 1 "Preparing Coffee"
b) Inventory: special scroll, coffee pot
c) pick up spoon from table
d) pick up seed from white stain on floor
e) Note objects in portrait
f) open closet (get hat, note time on pocket watch)
g) Set grandfather clock to match time (screen flashes a few times)
h) Open door of grandfather clock and click on cat to move
i) Open box and solve as per portrait (get chalice)
j) click on Williams mouth and collect drool with chalice
k) plant seed and use drool to water
l) collect bird seed
m) use bird seed on parrot to get feather
n) use feather on big toe. Follow toe wiggles (direction, count) to proceed on toes until William pulls his leg back, dropping a key on the floor.
o) Get key and use to open box by bird seed plant to get eye drops and knob
p) Open Williams eyes and use eye drops.
q) Click on Williams mouth to open
r) Pour coffee (from pot) into mouth
s) Click out (bottom arrow)
William should now be sitting up, awake.

Thanks, i have got it. I think when i read from xhs there is only screenshot, i cant tell that i actually need to click the mouth to force him to drink…

Thanks, i have got it. I think when i read from xhs there is only screenshot, i cant tell that i actually need to click the mouth to force him to drink…
