New update is REALLY good actually
has anyone seen what it ACTUALLY does, or are you all busy whining? Script extender is already updated anyway, almost no mods broke. This update is amazing for console players.

Edit:
Here is a video that details the update. No idea why im bothering, as no one is going to bother to watch it, you would all rather cry and whine.

10 years later and Playstation finally has full mod support
Most of the stuff for the last 3 years was, in fact, for console players to be on par with their PC gaming counterparts.

But yeah this list of fixes and changes are honestly no mans sky level good, yes yes it'll temporarly bork your f4se.

Wait a day or so. play yer game with every ounce of enjoyment you want.

You came to the wrong place looking for understanding from the majority of posters here.

Anything positive out of a Bethesda patch is great news.
consoles and steam deck got bug fixes, people who mod on PC have all their dlls ♥♥♥♥♥♥ over and left in the dirt

Not all mods are on console... Some paid mods on cc will have no problem.
that has nothing to do with what I said

You are funny.
All updates are bad. Period.
No one cares about console gamers here.
Bethesda games haven't been the same since they starting forcing paid mods into the forefront of the creation club menu and hiding or breaking the vast majority of free mods.

To believe otherwise just makes you naive or intentionally ignorant.
Honestly paid mods are a good thing or else we wouldn't have future Bethseda games. Star field and oblivion remaster are legendary.
To be fair, if you mod your game and you don't know how to stop Fallout 4 from updating, thats on you.

IS it already!! lol that is possibly the 2nd fastest ever. Good work silverlock!

Now if only the hoards of mod running players who can't find their way to a search bar could see that fact.
lol at amazing update for conosole plebs.... rule of modding a bethsda game... NEVER UPDATE YOUR GAME ON PC. unless it actually has things you want and that mods you are using will be updated.. otherwise don't update your game.

How do we stop FO4 from updating ?? I just looked at my Steam FO4 & then global settings & was surprised to see neither allows disabling the update. Closet option is download update when game launched. So if I copy full FO4 folder/sub folders in to diff name backup folder, allow update, find I don't like something about it, if I close it, recopy full backed up folders/files, will Steam still download the updates or will it leave mine as is ??
