So i am using a mod that lets you mod legendary mods on your power armor and used the titan modification on a bunch of my pa. Then i tried to shoot with my gun and it lagged, after some research i found nothing, but after experimenting on another pa i found out that the mod titan caused these lags. The only solution to this is to remove titan on your power armor. Hope that helps somebody.
