⚠️Never trust AI for your playthroughs⚠️
A fair warning ⚠️

It is fortunate that this is not my first playthrough. Can't believe the number of fake informations they give you :steamfacepalm:

Here is the thing :

⚠️⛔SPOILERS AHEAD⛔⚠️

I asked the dumb Grok and ChatGPT about this:

Me: If I decide to take side with Bobby and confront Fahrenheit, will I still be able to recruit Hancock afterwards?
Reply (from both): Indeed. You will still be able to recruit him. He's gonna just ask you to go confront Bobby and kill her and then he will follow you.

I'm sorry WHAT??? You tell me I'm gonna kill his loyal bodyguard, siding with his enemy, rob him and then he's gonna let this pass and be my follower???
Nice try stupid AI but you ain't fooling me! I'm gonna just burn that damn Bobby again for not telling me the truth about her "great" robbery!

Thank you for your attention to this matter!

In my most recent run, I killed Fahrenheit, and Hancock does indeed ask you to confront Bobbi, then afterward he becomes recruitable. (Was trying to see if I could get him to become hostile, but it seems Bethesda allow him to become recruitable no matter what.)
Generally speaking all of the companions are available with some specific things preventing them, and other specific things making them turn from you.

They want you to try them all, and allow you to do things that you personally might think would be counterintuitive. Hancock is somewhat ruthless and brutal, which you see straight up the first time you meet him as he ganks a dude right in front of you for literally just trying to shake you down.
how about not trusting AI for.....well anything???
The heck is Grok?

Grok is a lie told by Elon Musk; sort of like "There's free speech on X". Yeah, no.
Grok is good for making Cat Videos, and little else. I tried using it to write Papyrus for a FO4 mod i'm making...
ChatGPT was able to help me with putting Sage Accelerator on my ComfyUI, which was good.
So why even ask an AI in the first place? Just play the game, and if you don't like the outcome, load an earlier save and try something different. In my opinion, there's no point in ruining the experience by getting spoiled by an AI.
AI cant even give a correct minecraft recipe best to avoid it.
"Never trust AI" was all you needed ...
Large Language Models (what you call AI) are only as smart as their databases.

IF the database fed tot eh AI is wrong, you get wrong answers..... Now, lets look at where most AI tie into:
Wikipedia.
Reddit.
Other "Public usage" sources.

So you have AI, being fed the lies and crap from Wikipedia, reddit, and social media databases... And not from say... "factual and fact checked, gated knowledge bases" such as medical and science journals and databases -because they would have to PAY for the access.

.... and you wonder why the AI spits out garbage....
Why in the f*** would you use AI to play a game ????????

Why not just, you know, learn how to Code by yourself?
Why not own the fruits of your labor?
Why not have some pride in your own efforts?
"Google" should I use AI -ai
I wouldn't trust AI to tell me how to make a sandwich.
