i got all the achievements though , also make sure you are online when playing

I was online . I tried to change to window screen. I reinstalled the game.
Things which usually work to unlock the achievements but not in this case.

I´m spanish so my menu is in spanish language but i played with english subtitles.

Can be something of that?

Hello. I got every achievement till a certain point. As I started the game the next day I haven`t got any achievements anymore. Maybe it`s bugged sometimes? For example, I didn`t got normal achievements you normally get when playing through the game like the ending. Hope I could help you and looking forward to some advice or help.

I'll take a look, but this sounds like one of those "pc mysteries" to me. Meanwhile any extra info would be great! :)

I was playing the game in window mode the whole time! And like I said above, It worked till a certain point( I closed the game and started it the next day normally). Im sure I missed 1 or 2 achievements in my playthrough( haven`t taken attention to it yet), but an achievement like visiting the graveyard from this old lady should work normally I guess. Still this game is great ! :)

I'm having a similar issue with the achievements. I'm currently visiting the old woman in the nursing home, and am fiddling around with the meth lab(?) and the torn paintings. Nothing past The Fire Maker achievement has unlocked, and at the very least I should have The Second Distraint and The Electrician. I've played across multiple sessions on different days, in windowed mode -- same as BłάćķŁoţuş. I'm using Windows 10, with a stable internet connection, and have played other games and had achievements unlock successfully in between sessions of Distraint. When I've exited Distraint, I did so using the in-game command. Haven't done any troubleshooting with the game files yet, since it starts up and runs fine without any error messages, but I'm willing to help if you want me to test anything out! :D (Great game, BTW!)

Yeah, practically having the same issue, im on windows 11, i was online the whole time, got all the achievements before and including firestarter, but cannot seem to get the electrician one. I restarted the game a couple of times but it didn't work. I guess i'll try tomorrow
