Patch 1.0.03 is out NOW!

Sep 18

Hello Pibbles!

Thanks again for playing Pibcremental! We love hearing what you think, and your feedback has been very helpful. Thanks to the community bug reports and overall notes, we patched the game, squashed bugs, and rolled out several UI updates earlier this week. If you want to take a closer look at what was fixed, check out the previous patch notes.

We want to keep improving Pibcremental and make sure you have a fun and smooth playing experience. We’ve seen a lot of you request a feature that lets you assign and unassign Pibs and buy gatherbots more efficiently. We hear you, and we’re happy to say that in today’s patch, we’re adding a feature that lets you assign and unassign multiple instances of Pibs to a building, which will hopefully make the playing experience feel better and less tedious. Alongside it are other small improvements.

Added a feature that lets you assign and unassign multiple instances of Pibs to a building. You can also hatch multiple Pibs at the same time and buy them in bulk from the market. Additionally, you can buy gatherbots, spacesuits, and costumes in bulk, as well as craft multiple relics more easily.
The final goals for the S.N.A.F.U. building should be easier to track with UI improvements, and an added checklist panel that tracks your progress toward them.
Made hiring Pibs in the market easier, allowing for bulk hires to reach a true Pibtopia
End cutscene improvements
Several bug fixes related to CU3 visuals, yearn for the mines, as well small bug fixes related to gym culture.
Variety of UI fixes.

Pibcremental

ending button is not working

I'm writing this using a translator. After final tree upgrade, I created all the S.N.A.F.Us and set the progress to 100%, but the red button still didn’t appear. (I checked with someone else, and there is an arrow above the red button, but that is missing as well.) When I press the button location, it says, “Are you sure you want to press the really huge red button?” and even after pressing confirm, it doesn’t work....

Spawn 2500 Pibs

Have I done something wrong? I completed everything else and finsihed the game and all other achievements besides pibbles all the way down and this one. I fiinished the game with ~800 pibs spawned by steam achievment tracker and after 2 fully upgraded prestiges with ~e24 resources and buying all the pibs using CU3 scrap and sap I'm sitting at around 1400. It feels like either they're not counting some or idk. Did I play the game wrong and I was supposed to have spawned more through the playthrough?...

An addictive incremental game that hit all the right notes for me. I've been out sick with a bad cold and this game helped me forget about it. I played almost 7 hours straight until I got all the achievements but even then I didn't want to be finished with it. I do have one major complaint which is the prestige system can lead to sub optimal progression depending on what you pick. Your playtime and fun may vary because of that. I think it's best to go for the skill that lets you un-assign your Pibs (lower left prestige tree). That way you can just pile all the Pibs you spawned into the resource you need. Just my 2 cents on it. Would recommend.

Out of words, breath, and thoughts for how grateful we are for everyone who bought our silly little game! You all are the best! It's time to celebrate by getting yourself a Megapib sized cupcake and pop a bottle of a fun little drink of your choice (we will be doing the same)! PS: There will be more updates based on your feedback this week, so keep your eyes peeled!

Day 2 patch notes - version 1.0.02

Sep 15

Thank you everyone who played Pibcremental on the first day of launch! We are very excited to see the reception and also to make the game even better for you all!
Thanks to the feedback and diligent bug reporting of our lovely community, we've pinpointed some major issues we've fixed in this first patch. This update fixes the following issues:

The Stargazer Pib no longer gets distracted and/or confused at the bottom of the tree when reloading the game. It now finds its way back to its assigned task without getting stuck!
Minor localization improvements in Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Italian, and Spanish
Fixed an issue that was leading to players receiving CU3 less often than intended
Fixed an issue where players were unable to buy Special Menu items in the Market as intended
Fixed an issue where unassigning Pibs would lead to losing the effect of some costumes
Coupons and tax returns are no longer being wasted on spawning Pibs
Improvements and bugfixes applied to cutscenes
Improvements and fixes for UI not always displaying correctly such as incorrect juice or market prices
Fixed a bug that was causing unintended behavior in buy and sell price fluctuations in the market. Players can no longer print infinite Pibbits by repeatedly buying and selling the same resource. Unfortunately, we had to put a stop to this very legitimate financial strategy

We are planning on continuing to support the game including not just bug fixing but making sure some more obscure mechanics are explained better, as well as some content updates in the future!

Retroactive pibs not working?

Hey, the egg pile unlocks that are supposed to give you extra pibs say they apply retroactively, unless I am reading them wrong. I don't seem to be getting extra pibs when I buy the upgrade, which seems broken?
