It always happen when i run game for a while. I have to quit the game and run it again to fix this problem, and it will happen again after a few minute.

I tried to reduce graphic setting to high (before i set everything to highest) but it's not fix my problem.

Sigh.

You're on the 445.xx nvidia drivers, which are broken with dx12.

Either switch to dx11 and suffer the framerate loss or roll your driver back to 442.59.
Also flicker heavy, does it also happens to another game?

Btw, if you are Nvidia user, recently there is issue news with certain driver version. Something like version XXX.78 or around that. Hotfix already released so you may want to check that.

You also may want to check installed mods or shaders (like the Special-K tools) if any exists
Yes thats the broken drivers. Either rollback or use dx11
Thank you all a lot man. It never happens to another game. I will try to use dx11 first if it loses some FPS, I will roll my driver back.

I should.
Changing to fullscreen or borderless windows, and set FPS cap to 120. Least it work for me.
So, I'm having this issue a year later after updating my drivers and tweaking the settings in nvidia control panel. Is this still supposed to be a thing??
roll back to 466.66 and don't necro
a valid question is just that
whining about "necro" is pathetic
weird. i'm having problems with dx11 but switching to dx12 works fine.
my problem is that i've got a 1060 3gb, and on lowest settings dx12 takes 3.25gb vs 2.5gb on dx11... there's alot more texture and LOD pop-in but it definetly feels smoother, and well there's no blinding, flashing green lights
Did you try rolling back to 466.66? This seems to be a common thing with the most recent driver.
Agreed, seems to be a broken updated driver, did it now for testing purposes and yea thats the result.
