nah mate, the game has been taken off steam by valve since the negative reaction, the devs are trying to resolve this issue.

Well had it on my steam games favorites list,now look today and its gone?,had not realy played it too since installed it even.But not sure why different games seem to go away now and then from my favourites list

.Not sure why,maybe as my space on the pc is realy low,and when games update,some maybe get pushed off the list.Or the one that goes,is the updating one,so not enough room,that game goes of my fav's list coulde be?.Have to look at my steams game folder then too, to ge it back?,and to try play it aswell later.

No it was taking off because of a copyright issue with the bullet sounds.

@everyone I'm sure everybody is wondering why the game has been removed from steam. Here is the explanation that you have been waiting for :

The game received a DMCA takedown by insurgency's sound artist for the gun sounds in burst that were copyrighted.
We did not steal any assets; these assets were bought legally in the UE4 marketplace (MFPSK). As we are more known than the pack, we had to discuss and redirect the insurgency artist to the author of the kit we used. This took time and will still take time as we have to change every gun sound in the game before being able to reinstate the game on steam.

We are looking for legal asset sellers that could sell us, or work on a contract for us to make the content we need.

If any sound artist is interested to work for us and help us get the game back to steam, please PM me ( @Brieyla )

Edit: the game is NOT dead, we are still working on an immense number of things in the background, we have been slowed down a lot by this, but it won't kill burst.(edited)
