As a huge Harry Potter fan, Hogwarts Legacy is an absolute dream come true. Set in the 1800s, well before the events of the original series, this prequel lets players step into the wizarding world in a thrilling new way. Playing as a fifth-year student at Hogwarts, you get to experience the magic of the school in a way that's both nostalgic and fresh.

The game excels in capturing the charm and atmosphere of the beloved universe, with meticulous attention to detail that fans of the series will truly appreciate. From exploring the familiar yet distinct halls of Hogwarts to venturing into iconic locations like the Forbidden Forest, every corner of the game feels authentically magical. The open-world design offers a rich playground for discovery, and seeing how some areas and magical creatures align with the movie series adds a special touch of nostalgia.

The combat system is both intuitive and engaging, featuring a variety of spells that make every encounter exciting and dynamic. The story is compelling and thoughtfully woven into the lore of the Harry Potter universe, while also introducing original content that stands strong on its own.

Character and house customization further enhance the personal connection to the game, allowing players to shape their experience in a way that feels uniquely theirs. For fans like me, the game strikes the perfect balance between honoring the original series and offering something new.

Overall, Hogwarts Legacy delivers an unforgettable adventure full of wonder and excitement. Whether you're a die-hard fan or new to the wizarding world, this game is a must-play and deserves a solid 9/10.

Persona 5 Royal is one of the most stylish, well-animated, and engaging turn-based JRPGs out there. While it is super linear in structure, it makes up for it with an incredible story, fantastic characters, and satisfying gameplay. Whether you’re here for the deep combat mechanics, the beautifully animated cutscenes, or the dating sim elements (yes, you can romance some absolute waifus), this game delivers in spades.

Super Linear, But That’s Not a Bad Thing:-
If you’re looking for an open-ended RPG where you can make major choices that drastically change the world, Persona 5 Royal is not that game. It follows a set narrative, and you go through the same sequence of events no matter what. However, the magic is in the details—how you manage your time, the relationships you build, and how you progress in combat all feel personal to your journey. The game is strict with its calendar system, meaning every day is planned out, but it adds to the immersion of living a double life as a high school student by day and Phantom Thief by night.

Gorgeous Animated Cutscenes & Stylish Visuals:-
One thing Persona 5 Royal does better than almost any other JRPG is its presentation. The game oozes style in every frame, from the slick UI design to the flashy battle transitions. The animated cutscenes are top-tier, looking like something straight out of an anime. Even normal dialogue scenes feel alive thanks to expressive character portraits and dynamic camera angles.

Joker – The Silent Protagonist Done Right:-
The main character, known as Joker, is a mostly silent protagonist, but he still manages to have a strong presence. His design is sleek, his Phantom Thief outfit is badass, and his ability to wield multiple Personas makes him feel like a true leader. Unlike some blank-slate RPG protagonists, Joker has enough personality (especially in his confident smirks and rebellious actions) to make him feel compelling while still allowing the player to project themselves onto him.

Hot Ladies & Romance Options:-
Now, let’s talk about one of the best parts of the game—the romance options. Persona 5 Royal has some of the best waifus in gaming, and you can actually date them. From the fiery and athletic Ann, the elegant and mysterious Makoto, the artistic and quirky Kawakami (yes, your teacher), to the mischievous and playful Takemi, there’s someone for everyone. The game lets you pursue one love interest or go full harem mode (though beware of Valentine’s Day consequences). The romance is well-written, with each girl having unique interactions and heartfelt moments.

Turn-Based Combat That Feels Amazing:-
Turn-based combat in RPGs can sometimes feel slow or outdated, but Persona 5 Royal makes it fast, fluid, and satisfying. The One More system, which lets you chain attacks when you hit enemy weaknesses, adds a strategic layer that keeps battles exciting. The Baton Pass feature allows for smooth combo chaining between characters, making fights feel more dynamic. On top of that, each character’s Persona gives them unique skills, and Joker’s ability to switch Personas makes him a versatile powerhouse.

Final Verdict:-
While Persona 5 Royal is super linear, it doesn’t feel restrictive. Instead, it delivers a beautifully animated, stylish, and engaging experience that keeps you hooked from start to finish. The characters are lovable, the romance options are top-tier, and the turn-based combat feels polished and satisfying. If you love anime aesthetics, deep JRPG mechanics, and a bit of waifu collecting, this game is a must-play.
