- It does not work if you already played a map the regular way (selecting "new game" from the menu). Quit the game and relaunch it
- You don't need to write sv_cheats 1 before you launch the map.
- Launch the map by entering the command in the console, like it is shown in the video: map de_dust2 (or whatever map you want)
- Enter the sv_cheats 1 command to the console
- And finally enter the noclip command. You're good to go!
A quick tip. After you do all that, enter this command to the console:
bind "p" noclip
This will change the "p" key to a noclip toggle, so you just press that to turn noclip on or off. You can use any key, p is just an example.
Enjoy!
Here is a fully customized, NA-West optimized, evening + late-night, solo/duo min-max ranking plan designed around the same principles the #1 NA player described, but adapted to your constraints. This plan will maximize win-rate, minimize cheater exposure, and give you predictable match quality without needing a 5-stack or daytime queues.
⭐ YOUR CUSTOM RANK-UP STRATEGY (NA WEST – EVENING/LATE NIGHT – SOLO/DUO)
🎯 1. Your Best Queue Windows
Since you can’t queue mornings (the safest), the goal is to target the least bad evening/night windows.
Optimal windows:
• 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM (PST) → fewer DGEN grinders and fewer cheaters.
• 11:30 PM – 1:30 AM (PST) → many cheaters drop off, population stabilizes.
• 8:45 PM – 11:00 PM (PST) → peak cheaters, smurfs, 5-stacks, “DGEN queue.”
• 1:45 AM – 3:30 AM (PST) → low population, mixed MMR, red-trust-factor lobbies.
🎛️ 2. Queue Pop Timing Rules
Accept matches only if queue time is 2 minutes or longer.
Why 2 minutes? Evening/night NA West has more players online, so 3 minutes (like the #1 NA player used) would cause too many dodges.
Rules for you:
• Queue pop <2:00 → Cancel
• Queue pop 2:00–4:30 → Accept (ideal)
• Queue pop >5:00 → Accept with caution
