Stem Cell Debate

Recently, stem cell research has been thrown into the political spotlight. With the passing of Proposition 71 in California, more people have become curious about the harvesting and research performed on stem cells. This community was created with the intent of educating people on the basics of stem cell research. This is a debate community, but is also for educating yourself on the controversial subject. Please feel free to ask questions if there is something you don't understand.

If you anticipate a debate, please answer the arguments cast your way. The point in a debate community is to show others your way of thinking. If you post an article or point-of-view, expect a disputation. If you are going to debate, be prepared to back up your position. Opinions only go so far.

Please be civil to all members. If you can't comprehend that everyone is entitled to their beliefs, this isn't the place for you.

This is to be a civil debate. Everyone has their opinion, so please respect it. There will be no bashing! If I see an insulting post, it will be deleted.
Please use a cut if your article is long or you have pictures.
