Here are some guidlines.
1.) No swearing. Or Else.

2.) No talking about lame Nickelodeon and cartoon Network cartoons like Rugrats, Spongebob, Ed, Edd and Eddey, Courage the Cowardly Dog, and stuff like that. This is for real cartoons.

3.) Not really an anime community. The anime we will be discussing is the anime shows not found on cable like Pokemon and Yu Gi Oh.

4.) Never ever talk about the following shows: Mucha Lucha, any power rangers series after the first season, powerpuff girls, bob the builder, ren and stimpy, beavis and butthead, johnny Bravo,etc.

5.)Not for grown up cartoons such as The Simpson's and Futurama.

6.)Show that are allowed are anything in the interests, anything you remember from way back when, PBS shows, and shows that aren't animated but are considered cartoons like Lizzie Mcguire and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.
