my mom just called and asked me if JOey talked about Gage to me. i asked who Gage was, and she said to just ask him.

so i ask Joey if he's talked to Gage. Joey just said "who's Gage?" so i told mom.

then mom tells someone on her end of the phone that Joey said "who's Gage?"

here i'm thinking maybe Tayler let him watch pet semetary or something. and he got scared of the kid Gage.

i almost wish it were that.

Gage is a co-worker/friend of my bro-in-law Josh, and Anthony.

apparently Saturday sometime Joey was asking Tayler who Gage was. Tayler didn't know. Yet Joey kept asking. Anthony (mom's friends son who is living with them) heard them talking about Gage, didn't think anything of it.

Well, Saturday night my sister Terri, Josh, and Anthony all went to some party. While there, they found out that Gage hung himself Friday. which then caused them to ask about Joey wanting to know who Gage was.

OMG!

he hasn't done anything like that in a while. my mom told Anthony about the "mom's friend" part of this post..

HAPPY 31st BIRTHDAY to my hunny DAVE....and 1st BIRTHDAY to my favorite nephew...named COLE!!!!!

Gwen Stefani gives birth to son Kingston

It's a boy for Gwen Stefani and her rocker husband, Gavin Rossdale.

Kingston James McGregor Rossdale was born by Caesarean section Friday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, according to Stefani spokesman Dave Tomberlin. The baby weighed 71/2 pounds.

"Both mother and child are doing well," Tomberlin said in a statement.

It's the first child for singer Stefani, 36, and Rossdale, 38, who were married in 2002. Rossdale, who fronted the rock band Bush, has a 16-year-old daughter with fashion designer Pearl Lowe.

"We're not sure how it got in there," said Merle Jefferson, natural resources director for the Lummi Indian Business Council.

Around 10:30 a.m. Sunday someone called the National Marine Fisheries Service to report the whale floating in Hale Passage, said Randy Kinley, who works on fisheries policy for the Lummi Natural Resources Department.

The whale settled in Lummi Bay later on Sunday.

By noon Monday, it didn't have an odor of decay. Jefferson said it hadn't been dead long.

"One of our theories is it may have got hit by a boat and drug in by a boat maybe," he said.

One piece of evidence supports this idea: marks by the dorsal fin, which look like they could have come from a ship's bow, Kinley said.

Lummi Natural Resources staff planned to tow the whale away Monday evening. Today a team of National Marine Fisheries Service biologists and other whale experts will examine it to find the cause of death, and to learn more about the rare species.

In the meantime, curious people looked at the dead giant of the seas.

"That's sad," said Sharon Johnson. Johnson and friend Jill Monteau drove out to Lummi Bay on their lunch hour, to walk on the dike and peek at the whale from a distance.

Beverly Larsen, whose house fronts Lummi Bay, woke up Monday morning to see it floating in the bay. She was amazed at the whale's size.

"There was a kayak out there this morning. It's four times as long as the kayak."
