• Welcome to  trek_challenge. Here you will find an icon challenge community for fans of Star Trek: The Original Series and the 2009 film Star Trek XI. • Moderaters:  xtitania, venusorbiting, digitized_flame------------------------------------------------------------------------------ • Iconmakers must first join the community to participate in the challenges. • Submitted icons must be within lj standards, that is to say 100x100 pixels or less, under 40kb, and in png., gif., or jpg. format. Animations are allowed. • Icon submissions must be within the parameters of the challenge or they will not be accepted to be voted upon. • Up to three submissions per an iconmaker per a challenge are required/encouraged, unless otherwise stated. • Submitted icons must be newly created for the challenge. • Iconmakers may neither vote for themselves or ask others to vote for them. • Voting must be reliant solely on the quality of the icon, regardless of the iconmaker. • Iconmakers must not reveal their icons in any capacity until Voting has completed. • We are tolerant of all styles and pairings. That said, keep it clean! • This is a friendly community, so it is requested that all members be polite and courteous to other participants so as to keep the community fun! • Any questions can be answered by the moderators via comment.
