twent_icontest : how does it work?
It is very simple: There will be a weekly challenge for a special icon concerning the Taiwanese Entertainment.
After the submission of everyone the different icons will be in a competetion,
the one icon which got the most votes is the winnericon...
the creative person behind it gets a special prize!
♥ Tw_ent_icontest Rules ♥
☆ to submit and vote for an icon you have to join the community
☆ do not participate in other competitions with this icon
☆ submit the icon ACCORDING to the theme given each week
☆ upload your icons at an anonymous host like tinypic or imageshack
☆ one icon per entry
☆ icons have to be made by YOU, do not submit old icons
☆ all participating icons have to fit in the LJ-Standards (100x100; 40kb, JPEG and PNG or GIF)
♥ Voting ♥
☆ voting starts on Mondays
☆ vote in a comment your 3 favorites (#1: no.x, #2:no.y, #3:no.z)
☆ do not vote for your own icon
☆ voting will last 6 days
♥ Challenges ♥
☆ new challenges will be posted on Mondays
♥ Submission ♥
☆ Post both the image and the IMG URL when submitting your entries
☆ Do not share or use icons until the round is over
☆ Post your entries in a comment on the challenge's original post
☆ Post the artist's name in your entering post
☆ Don't worry, every comment will be screened of course ^-^
☆ Only one icon per person in a round is allowed

hope that simplifies the procedure, I´ll not be doing a round each week, because the community at first has to gain
enough members and participants, later we will see then !
