UMKM merupakan tulang punggung perekonomian di Indonesia. Berdasarkan data BPS, UMKM memberikan sumbangan yang signifikan terhadap PDB Indonesia. Untuk lebih meningkatkan daya saing, UMKM dapat menerapkan sistem ERP. Namun, UMKM belum banyak yang memanfaatkan sistem ERP karena faktor kompleksitas serta biaya penerapan sistem yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem ERP yang mendukung kebutuhan proses bisnis UMKM Indonesia. Adapun untuk mengatasi kendala tingginya biaya implementasi sistem ERP, maka dipilih sistem ERP berbasis open source. Kebutuhan proses bisnis UMKM difokuskan pada proses: (1) pemasaran dan distribusi; (2) pengadaan; dan (3) produksi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, terdapat 45 sub proses yang dibutuhkan UMKM. Hasil perbandingan 10 sistem ERP berbasis open source terhadap 45 sub proses menunjukkan, Adempiere dan Apache OFBiz merupakan sistem ERP yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan proses bisnis UMKM Indonesia, diikuti oleh WebERP, Odoo, dan ERPNEXT.

In this digital era, the use of digital multimedia information is highly utilized and growing very rapidly due to the development of the Internet. Thus, users demand for more effective content-based multimedia information retrieval system (CBMMIRS). The major challenge in this research area is that a multimedia document comprises more than one type of contents (i.e. text, image, audio). In order to address this challenge, many works have been focusing on the indexing techniques development which can accommodate multiple multimedia object representation or known as object features. However, most of the experiments use only one certain kind of collection, for example a collection of WWW pages, video collections, image collections, and so forth. In this paper, we propose a multidimensional approach which could accommodates semantic indexing of various multimedia contents in different multimedia collections, since the fact is that different multimedia documents may share similar information. The architecture comprises three components: (1) collection manager (which manages multimedia documents repository); (2) indexer (which handles multimedia concept detection and indexing); and (3) query processor (which deals with query and search results). Our hypothesis is that the more complete the document (which indexed in many different feature spaces), the more relevant the document and should be ranked higher in the search results.

Makalah ini merupakan rancangan arsitekur EIS yang berisi teknik dan teknologi yang dibagi berdasarkan lapisan-lapisan collection, processing, analysis, presentation dan management. Di mana lapisan-lapisan tersebut saling mendukung dan terintegrasi yang berguna sebagai arah pengembangan suatu Executive Information System yang berfungsi untuk menunjang pengambilan keputusan strategis di dalam sektor pemerintahan.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of IT maturity that occur in XYZ Shipping Company using COBIT 4.1 framework as a best practice in information technology audit. The company is highly depend on Key Logistics System as a core system in shipping process. For this reason, the company wants to focus on internal processes by increasing efficiency while minimizing costs, so COBIT IT Process was chosen: PO3, AI2, AI5, AI3, AI4, AI7, PO6, DS3, DS7, DS8, DS9, PO5, and DS6. In every educational institution, it certainly has its own tuition payment system. Along with the rapid advancement of technology and information at this time, certainly needed an effective and efficient and relevant system which will make these institutions can compete with other institutions. At the National University lecture payment and verification of lecture payments are still done conventionally, ie students make transfers or cash deposits to the Bank in collaboration with the campus, then students need to show proof of physical payment to campus staff (BAK) for verification which is assessed less efficient. Midtrans API is used to improve payment service performance and make it easier for students to make UPS payments on mobile. The Waterfall method is used as a system development method which is carried out systematically, starting from planning to testing the system. The reason the author uses the waterfall method is that it can facilitate the management and design requirements (needs) of the system created. ICT products that are widely used in universities in Indonesia are E-Learning with a Learning Management System (LMS) and Academic Information System (SIA). The existence of these two products from ICT will greatly assist the running of academic business processes in a higher education institution. Of course, if the two are well integrated, especially for managing existing academic data. The huge amount of data and the complexity of these two systems will make the management and integration process difficult and inefficient if done conventionally. Seeing these problems, the researcher intends to conduct research on the integration of the two REST-based Web Service systems and use the External Database feature which will be used to synchronize data from SIA to E-Learning in real time.

ICT products like Academic Information Systems (AIS) and LMS are commonly utilized in Indonesian universities. These two ICT tools will be of tremendous use to higher education institutions in managing their academic business procedures. The two systems are still not connected in many higher institutions, nevertheless, for example when it comes to handling academic data. If the management and integration process is carried out conventionally, it will be challenging and inefficient due to the massive volume of data and complexity of these two systems. Observing these issues, the researcher plans to study the two REST-based Web Service systems' connection and make use of the External Database functionality, which will be utilized to synchronize data in real-time from AIS to E-Learning. It is hoped that the integration model resulting from research can be a solution for integration between AIS and LMS and can be implemented in many higher education institutions.

Hot-rolled Steel Coil is a steel product produced by a rolling process at very high temperatures. As the world's main raw material which is often used in the construction of buildings, bridges, railways and automotive purposes, the price of Steel Hot-rolled Coil is very volatile and often makes purchasing planning ineffective. Therefore, a method for predicting Steel Hot-rolled Coil prices is proposed by studying patterns and behavior in past price time series data. The method recommended in this research is predicting the price of Steel Hot-rolled Coil using one of the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) architectures, namely Recurrent Neural Network (RNN). The more optimal the model built, the higher the accuracy obtained. Optimal RNN parameters can be obtained by RMSProp (Root Mean Square Propagation) optimization. From the training and testing process, the best accuracy was obtained at 90.90% on training data and 91.02% on test data.
