Permasalahan ekonomi yang terjadi di suatu negara dapat memperlambat laju pertumbuhan ekonomi. Di Indonesia permasalahan ekonomi dapat menghambat terwujudnya dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Beberapa permasalahan ekonomi Indonesia sebagai berikut.

This study aims to analyze the performance of teachers MTs and MA Salafiyah, Kajen, Margoyoso, Pati. This study uses the variables of motivation, discipline, and work environment to analyze the influence ot the teachers performance. In addition, this study also used a commitment as intervening variables to analyze the influence of teachers level of commitment to school. The population in this study were all teachers MTs and MA Salafiyah, Kajen, Margoyoso, Pati. This population totaled 110 teachers of 52 teachers MTs Salafiyah and 57 teachers MA Salafiyah. This study used cencus method is to give the questionnaire to the entire population of 110 teachers. Data was collected using a questionnaire method is by providing a list of questions or questionnaire directly to the respondensts. Techniques of data analyze in this study using SEM analysis (Structural Equation Model) which is operated through a pogram SMARTPLS. The results showed that the variables of motivation, discipline, and work environments have a significant positive effect on commitment. Variables motivation, discipline, commitment, and the work environment showed significant positive results on the performance of human resources. PENDAHULUAN Latar Belakang Masalah Dalam era globalisasi saat ini, di mana ditandai dengan adanya perubahan yang begitu cepat, suatu organisasi atau lembaga institusi dituntut untuk mengadakan penyesuaianpenyesuaian dalam semua segi yang ada pada organisasi tersebut. Dengan terbatasnya sumber daya manusia yang ada, organisasi diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkannya sehingga tercapai tujuan organisasi yang telah ditetapkan. Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan bagian dari dalam suatu kemajuan ilmu, pembangunan, dan teknologi. Tingginya tingkat kesibukan di perkotaan menjadikan efisiensi dalam menggunakan waktu merupakan hal penting. Kebutuhan untuk mencuci mobil seringkali terkendala oleh waktu luang yang sedikit. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dibangunlah rancangan sistem aplikasi pencarian car wash terdekat secara cepat dan mudah, sehingga dapat membantu user mengefisien waktu. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam proses pembuatan sistem aplikasi ini, yaitu menggunakan user centered design. Sistem aplikasi Speed Wash ini dapat digunakan untuk semua kalangan, khususnya para driver untuk mendapatkan informasi tempat pencucian mobil berdasarkan lokasi, harga, rating, dan jenis layanan yang tersedia pada car wash tersebut.

In the world of higher education, service to students is very much needed, it is very important to maintain the quality of service so that good and disciplined service to students can be realized. This sentiment analysis aims to determine student opinion made using a questionnaire form. In addition, the Decision Support System with the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods is expected to be a solution in providing an assessment of the FTKI secretariat services. This study uses a questionnaire form to see student assessments and make it an alternative value. The final results are obtained by testing the order analysis technique, which is 82%, proving that by testing these two methods, service assessment can be more expanded.Keywords:Sentiment Analysis, Questionnaire, SAW, Desicion Support System, SMART.
