Hi all :)

I'm not an active member here anymore to say the least. Life is complicated, busy and if I had time to write here, I don't think I would have the energy to do so. I started this journal back in 2007. Now, very nearly 10 years on, I am ready to start a different chapter.

I hope you can all forgive me, but it's time for me to move on. My LJ paid account lapsed because I never updated my credit card details - and I feel like that was a sign.

I am active on twitter (well kind of) and yes I am active on Instagram. I am not active so much on tumblr anymore, but I do have an account there. Mostly I am trying to be more active in life- ha! even that's hard.

I will probably close this account at the end of the month, to tie up loose ends.

Ciao Friends!

Merry Christmas, thank you for the lovely birthday wishes this year, I really appreciate the kind words! I hope you all had a lovely time with friends and family this year, stayed warm and enjoyed the holidays like I did. Thank you for all the lovely Christmas cards, I have them on a string of fairy lights, which you can no longer see, on my window. My birthday cards are above my computer desk on two pieces of string.

I have some lovely books and dvd/BR & games, including S1 of ONCE so I can rewatch in HD now to my heart's content! I also got hold of Disney Planes, finally, because I never got to see it and well it's... planes! If you are a gamer, like me, I can't recommend The Last of Us and Heavy Rain enough! They are both excellent games, great story lines and excellent play. {I have unfortunately finished both already XD}

YAY! I managed to buy tickets for a preview of To Kill A Mockingbird with Robert Sean Leonard in May! Hurray! I am taking two lovely ladies who have been with me to see Hugh all over London, Caty and Helen (I went for afternoon tea with them a couple of weeks ago!) and we have some good seats in the lower tier centre row C! :) [e-tickets means no ticket post worry too!]

I so wasn't expecting him to come here, I thought he was staying in New York forever and ever. So bloody lucky I know. Wow.
