Description:
to support and encourage fellow Nanowrimo writers before and during the month of November
The purpose of this community is to have a fellowship with others who are also undertaking the enormous task called NaNoWriMo. We're here to support one another, offer a shoulder to lean on when 1,667 words a day gets to be too much, and an ear to listen when you need to vent about the frustrations of the writing process. So come and join us and get ready to fire up those muses!

1. Please remain polite and courteous to everyone here. We're all here to offer support and help each other, so this shouldn't be a problem at all.

2. If you would like to, feel free to make an introductory post. We'd love to get to know the person behind the writing and we want to make this support group as fun and relaxed as possible. So pull up a chair and tell us a bit about yourself!

3. You can friends lock your posts, but it's not necessary.

4. The types of posts we expect to see pop up within the next two months:
*Introductions
*What you're planning on writing about
*Outlines/plot ideas
*Your progress and word count (during November, of course)
*Any rants about stress over writing
*Any questions about writing technique, story ideas, character names, etc.

5. If you feel comfortable sharing your progress with the community (which we hope you do!), please put your story behind an LJ-cut, perhaps with a little teaser before the cut.

6. Constructive criticism is welcome, encouraged, and appreciated, but negative feedback is not. We're all here for support and encouragement. Examples of good and bad feedback...

Good:
"This is great so far, can't wait to read more!"
"The plot is very intriguing, but it might be stronger if you tried (insert ideas)..."

Bad:
"Wow, you really don't understand the concept of a plot, do you?"
"I just really don't like this story. I'm sorry."

7. Absolutely no discussing someone else's work in your personal LJ or in another community. As the saying goes, "what happens in Wrimo_Support stays in Wrimo_Support."
