Founder

Darling Wealth Management was founded on the belief that financial guidance should feel personal, not transactional. Every client relationship begins with understanding your story, your values, and your vision for the future. From there, thoughtful strategies are built to help align your wealth with what matters most.

Meet Danielle Darling, CDFA

My path to becoming a financial advisor is deeply personal and began long before I entered the industry.

I was born in China and abandoned at just eight days old during the one-child policy era, when many baby girls were never given a chance. I was left at a designated finding spot, brought to an orphanage, and adopted at six months old by a single woman from America who flew across the world to bring me home. When we landed in St. Louis, the people waiting at the airport weren’t just family; they were clients of my grandfather. Many still remember attending my baby shower and what gifts they brought. From the beginning, I was drawn to my grandpa, and he knew I was meant to continue his legacy.

Client Centered

I didn’t become a financial advisor just to crunch numbers. I followed in the footsteps of my grandfather, who taught me that money is emotional, deeply personal, and often the thing that keeps people up at night.

Over the years, I’ve watched friends, clients, and even strangers wrestle with questions like “Am I doing this right?” or “Will I be okay?” And I’ve made it my mission to be the person who says, “Let’s figure it out together.”

When it came time for college, I had a full-ride scholarship to anywhere in the country but chose to attend Lindenwood University in the St. Louis area to be ready to step into the family business if needed. While at Lindenwood, I co-founded the university’s first investment club which is still active today!

Since becoming a financial advisor, I’ve grown the practice with heart and purpose, serving people locally and across the country.

Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of speaking nationwide and contributing to the broader financial industry. I’ve been featured in articles in:

  • Forbes
  • Investopedia
  • Financial Advisor Magazine
  • InvestmentNews
  • Delta Zeta National Sorority

Notable recognitions include:

  • InvestmentNews Best Wealth Managers & Advisors Under 40 (2024)
  • Delta Zeta 35 Under 35 (2024)
  • Opening Bell Ceremony at the New York Stock Exchange (2024)

I’m forever grateful for the opportunities I’ve been given. The chance to come to America, earn a scholarship, and work with incredible people. In 2024, I established the Danielle Darling Annual Scholarship at Lindenwood University to support future leaders in business.

While I love my story, the most meaningful part of this work is learning yours. My goal is to help build wealth in a way that reflects who you are and what you value through every season of life.
