I can't praise Equigrow, their products and their service enough and in particular Paul the delivery driver bringing manure and compost to our allotment site Trading Shed. He went beyond the call of duty this morning and ensured all the pallets fitted in. we are beyond grateful.

Buying compost from Equigrow really was a five star experience from start to finish. Having lost our compost supplier of many years we did lots of research to make sure we were getting a quality product; it was very helpful to be able to get samples. As we are four households living on the same road it was great to be able to speak to Jeannette who guided us through the process and arranged delivery to our properties by the incredibly helpful and patient driver, Paul (not easy as we wanted eight full pallets and we live on a narrow single track road!). We all ordered the Farmyard Manure and it's a fantastic product, which we are sure will be enjoyed by all our plants. This company really demonstrate exemplary customer service and product quality.

This is my third dumpy bag of compost and by far the best of the bunch. Paul, the delivery driver, was simply superb. He went out of his way to make sure the bag was left in a good place for me to access and I didn't have a pallet to deal with at the end of it. Third time lucky for me. I won't be going anywhere else from now on!

Prompt delivery by a helpful & engaging driver. The sales & finance offices were extremely helpful, friendly & accommodating when placing my order & later amending the quantity. Product was easily manageable, hopefully the quality will be displayed once the plant’s & vegetables are displayed & harvested.

Two bulk compost /manure mix bags arrived as promised. It looks rich stuff, just right for my garden to boost the poor chalk soil.
Paul, the driver rang to inform me of arrival time. Not only was he within five minutes of time given but managed to deposit the bags beside the side gate, a good ten metres from the pavement.
All in all a very good experience.

Couldn’t fault the service, delivery or the product (farmyard manure). Delivery was particularly good as we live in a very difficult location and the driver was very experienced and got the pallet just where we needed it.
