NEWS: The Pentagon has informed NATO allies in Europe that the United States will significantly reduce some military assets and capabilities committed to the region.
The Trump administration plans to scale back the pool of U.S. forces available to NATO by roughly one-third to one-half. This includes strategic bombers and long-range strike assets, fighter jets, air refueling tankers, certain naval forces, drones, and other support capabilities.
