    Your health is your wealth. I often joke about being a fat bastard but my biggest regret is totally letting myself go in my 30’s. I ate junk, smoked & drank whiskey like it was water. Never exercised. Paying for that now in my 40s. Warning to young men: your health is your wealth

    4yrs Later: Ranga had just sent me his results. He passed his Degree in Actuary. When we found him, he was a vendor at Murehwa Bus terminal. One of the many positive Twitter stories that never trend. One of many stories that don’t fit “their” narrative. God is indeed good.

    Tomorrow I go back to work after a 2 month sabbatical to volunteer for change. My timeline will return to being Veggies, Hiphop, Tech and farming. But my heart is Yellow. I will contribute in anyway I can as a citizen and volunteer monthly to ground work coz 2023 work starts NOW!
