Lots of reaction to this, some pointing out poor investment in PE in state schools, esp. in primary schools.
So here's the gap between state & private school spend per pupil.
The basic truth is that more investment means more funding. Higher taxes or borrowing.
And are we not allowed to notice that
top Olympians are still 4 times more likely to be privately educated than UK population - let alone ask why?
Particularly in the sitting down sports of rowing, equestrian & sailing?
Signing up to 'gender equity' is a red flag.
@IWGWomenSport inserted 'gender' into the original 1994 Brighton Declaration which referred only to 'sex'.
I should know, I was on the 1994 organising committee of the first International Women & Sport Conference in Brighton.

Yet it has frequently allowed males who’ve run in the Female category in licensed events, breaking UKA rules, to keep their results and go unpunished.
Enforcing the F category wd be a start if EA wants to help W&G.
