self + other -> NumericRuby 2.4.0 から[permalink][rdoc][edit]
(Integer) → Integer
(Float) → Float
(Rational) → Rational
(Complex) → Complex

self に other を足した値（＝和）を返します。

Integer オブジェクトを左項とする算術演算子 + はこのメソッドの呼び出しになります。

[PARAM] other:
self に加算する数値 
p 3 + 4 # => 7
