Baltimore's guitarist and vocalist George Brigman unleashed a hellish dose of
distorted blues-rock on his debut album,
Jungle Rot (Solid, 1975 - Anopheles, 2005), that was soon forgotten.
Nuclear-waste guitar licks fueled restive dirges in the vein of the Stooges.
A single, Blowin Smoke/ Drifting (Solid, 1977), a
cassette, I Can Hear the Ants Dancin' (1982 - Or, 1995),
an EP, Silent Bones (Bona Fide, 1985), and the album
Human Scrawl Vagabond (Resonance, 1986), that contained
songs from Silent Bones and I Can Hear the Ants Dancin' as well as some new songs,
closed his major career.
