This DVD edition has been mastered from a fair to good 16mm reduction print that is a bit soft of image details and noticeably worn. Dust, speckling, emulsion scuffing, sprocket damage, and other print flaws are present in the picture. The original intertitles have been replaced by new video-based intertitles. A âSmiles & Spectacles: A Harold Lloyd Treasuryâ digital watermark appears in the lower-right corner of the picture throughout.
The film is presented with a soundtrack compiled from preexisting music recordings performed on piano.
