1 year after Tat Seng Packaging paid a generous dividend where parent PSC Corp and Popiah King took ~65% and ~25% of it respectively, parent PSC Corp has followed to pay out a generous dividend to its shareholders. Just nice for Popiah King to pay his bills for increasing his PSC Corp stake from ~32% to 83.5%.

NOTICE OF RECORD AND DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE FOR INTERIM ORDINARY DIVIDEND AND SPECIAL DIVIDEND

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has declared an interim ordinary dividend tax-exempt (one-tier) of S$0.003 per share and a special dividend taxexempt (one-tier) of S$0.072 per share (the “Dividends”) for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.

Yes. A great National day gift. Based on current PSC share price, div collected in 2026 is about 20% yield.
I was thinking that Sam (the current dividend king) might do a Tat Seng on PSC and he did. In any case it is positive that he is sharing with the very few shareholders that are still holding on.

He is willing to share. (that's a quality rarer than you might think)
On the negatives PSC is struggling. Tat Seng even though is cash flow positive, is not printing money like it used to.

The effects of a depressed china property market is being reverberated in many aspects of the economy. It is much more profound than I previously thought. It is deep and long and dragging down the economy with it. It is a long and painful road. When land sales can no longer be counted as a significant contributor, money needs to come from elsewhere...
