Aren't We Cute?

Ok, so we are probably an average looking family.  But, about every 6 months to a year the wonderful Lisa comes to town and makes us look like a magazine add.  See...

What about the ones in my header?

Or these super cute pictures of my friend Maddie's girls?

Or of my precious nephew Cooper and sister-in-law Courtney?

And if it wasn't for my friend Annalee I wouldn't know about the amazing Lisa!
Guess what you can also have amazing pictures like these!  Lisa is coming to Dallas/Ft Worth November 19th!

Contact her here to get in on the greatness!  You will be so glad you did, and these are just in time for Christmas cards!

Pumpkin Patch

Sorry, I know I haven't blogged in forever.  We have been busy, actually having family fun.  I am so thankful that we have been able to spend almost all of the last couple weekends as a family, it was a long overdue treat.

Saturday we finally made it to the pumpkin patch!  I was feeling a little guilty that we didn't go to a fancy patch with hay rides and bounce houses, but the boys had a blast just running around enjoying a nice day and finding the perfect pumpkin!

I loved watching them choose their pumpkins.  I thought it was fun that they both loved the white pumpkin that was a little different.  In the end that was Hank's choice, and Avery was very proud to get a pumpkin just his size!

We sure had a fun Saturday!

Too bad the end wasn't so good watching the Rangers stink.  Luckily they turned it around Sunday.  I must say the Rangers are cutting into my blogging time as well!  Let's hope they can wrap it up with a big win tomorrow night in St Louis!!

School Update

Avery and I would like to thank you for praying for his school year.  It seems to be going well!  Today was western day and Avery had a blast!
Ms Kara and Ms Ale seem to "get" Avery.  They are always telling me how charming and energetic he is, instead of looking whipped and saying he has a short attention span!  While he has spent a nap time or two behaving less than great, they let him read his books and give him every opportunity to succeed.  When he doesn't have a good day, they are sad for him and work hard with him the next day to have a better day.  I love that his classroom has structure and reward systems, it is night and day from last year!

I have to admit I was sad about Avery being at school so much, but I am LOVING all the extra time with this friend.  He is cracking me up these days.  Hank definitely takes advantage of every minute of having the house and mamma all to himself!

And just in case you were wondering, we still have the CUTEST nephew ever!!!  Can you believe this 3 week old preciousness!  I am going to have to go steal him, don't warn Blake and Courtney.

Fall Fun

We have been having lots of FALL fun!

Fishing with Uncle Bryan
Avery and Avery playing on the swing set!
Lounging around in daddy's office chair
Looking through binoculars to see the Cowboys play!

See, fall is fun!
