I love my family!

I just have to say I LOVE MY FAMILY!!! They are so very precious to me. Yesterday, we went to the Salt Lake Temple grounds for a little family home evening. It was so fun watching Grace's face light up when we saw the temple and how interested she was when we talked to her about it. She knows that Adam and I were married there, and talks about it all the time. Kaleb had a great time as well, he fed off of Grace's excitement, as usual. They especially loved the water falls and ponds. After exploring the Tabernacle and temple grounds, we made our way to the visitor center to see the statue of Jesus Christ. That was a definite highlight and turning point in our trip. As I sat there and watched my children stare in awe at Jesus, I couldn't help but feel deep spiritual closeness to my family and the Lord. I felt the spirit reconfirm the truthfulness of and importance of families and that we are meant to be together forever. After we left there we went to see a family presentation. It was really interesting, you walk from room to room all decorated like different rooms of a home, and watch short films about family. It reiterated what I felt and was thinking before. I can't imagine life without my family or where I would be without them. They are my pride and joy... all of you are! I have the best family and friends anyone could ask for! It's so important for us to stop our busy lives atleast once a day and realize how lucky and blessed we truly are. Life is wonderful and the Lord loves us.
