Easton a.k.a. "Bag of Alpo"

Greetings!
Easton Lee is now ONE month old! Our friend David has decided that Easton is like a bag of Alpo. He got this nickname from a talk show that was referring to a Dallas Cowboy name Flozell Adams as a bag of Alpo...needless to say, Easton is growing and eating A LOT! Enjoy the pics and look below this entry for an exciting entry "an ode to Lily"!!!
Love to all...

The diary of a big sister...

Friends and Family..
This blog entry is an ode to Lily and her life as a big sister. Her vocabulary is expanding daily so this is dedicated to the advancement of her vocabulary and this is her side of the story.
ENJOY!!
"Today my mom decided to clean out my drawers. So I played in the closet and decided it would be more fun to wear my "mouse" (Lily language) to make the time a little more exciting!"
"Everytime my mom takes out that camera and takes pictures of "Easy" (Easton) I make sure to let her know that I need my picture taken too! I give her the cue of "teeese" and still really still and cute. Mom caught me in the moment of saying "teeese" in this picture!"

"I am not allowed to stand in this chair because I have fallen out of chairs two times this week! I have four "boo boos" on my leg to prove it! Well, I have to have art therapy at least once a day because my stress level of being a big sister is sometimes insurmountable! When I need to relieve my stress I cry out "TOES" (colors) and I am happy after a few minutes of creating a masterpiece!"

"Mom pulled out the camera...."TEEESE" after I had my "batt" (bath) and she had put my "kitegown" (nightgown) on me. There are 4 things I must have in order to have incredible sleep..."bantit" (blanket), "dogee" (doggie), "moulk" (milk), and "wok" (rocked)." Posted by Picasa

Spaghetti, Grandma, and a new brother...

Greetings!
Well, Lily is adjusting very well to the hard life of being the oldest by 21 months! As you can tell she has personality!! Her Gramsie was here last week and continued the spoiling that began the previous week by her Mamie! She is doing super with her new brother but she is beginning to think that she could be a HUGE help to me by attempting to pick Easton up. She will be starting her school on Tuesday, so be expecting her picture for her first day of school with her brand new Dora (Dorty)"box box" (lunchbox for those keepin track of the vocabulary!) Until next time...

Spaghetti nite was a party

Ahhh...my status as princess is reinstated now that Gramsie is here!
